Our beautiful holiday cottage is situated in one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas of South Cornwall.
Walking
This beautiful area is ideal for holidays at all times of the year. The Cornish Coastal path is only minutes away by car and other walks are accessable directly from the cottage. The long distance footpaths across Cornwall, The Saints Way and The Smugglers Way both start or finish nearby. as well as many circular routes,ideal for walkers and dogs!
Beaches
The nearest beaches and coves are a few minutes by car.
Local Towns and Villages
Fowey, Looe, Polperro, Polruan, Liskeard and the ancient town of Lostwithiel are all within a few miles. The pretty river side village of Lerryn is nearby.
National Trust Properties and Historic Churches
There are many historic churches in the area and several National Trust Properties.
Eden and Heligan
The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are all within easy reach.
Boating
There is ample parking space for cars and boats. The nearest slipway is Penmarlen Quay just along the road. Canoes,kayaks,saling boats,windsurfers and self drive motor boats can be hired locally.
Cycling
Cornwall has a good choice of cycle tracks and cycles can be hired.
Fishing Trips
Fishing trips can be arranged.
